We understand that choosing a care home for your relative or friend might be a difficult decision to make and so we have put together some care home links to various associations and organisations who might aid you in the decision making process, enquiring about funding and general support information.
The Old Vicarage welcomes residents who are funded by social services but a "top-up" will be required to meet the level of privately funded residents. Prices depend on the type of accommodation and care needs of each individual.
We are happy to provide or organise additional services which are requested by the resident or their family, and these are charged at cost.
Written contracts which detail the range of services and individual care to be provided are discussed with each resident and their family before admission. We visit all prospective residents to ensure that we can meet individual needs and we offer everyone the opportunity of spending a few days with us, at no cost, to ensure that our home is suitable and meets your expectations.
Fees are paid monthly and in advance by standing order. We do not handle residents' financial affairs.
